Pictures of Goteborg (Sweden)
I had a chance to go to Goteborg , in Sweden a few years ago with work.
Recently Goteborg been widely publicized in media all over the world as an up-and-coming city break destination, for culture, shopping, entertainment and, not least, for food and drink. I can confirm that the food is excellent there are a lot of little bars and restaurants around the water front which are worth visiting.
Goteborg has built a bright new global reputation as one of Northern Europe´s most exciting and above all enjoyable gastronomic hubs. Goteborg is a friendly and pleasant city of convenient size, where most of the many sights and attractions of international magnitude are located within easy walking distance, as are most shops, restaurants and cafés.
The Göta Älv runs through the city, in the centre of a vast and magnificently scenic seascape, the city is especially attractive during the summer season, when Goteborg frequently hosts many international events. I arrived in Goteborg by ferry, when you arrive you arrive in a picturesque port alot different to a lot of ports around the world.
